Red, White & BBQ: Celebrating Veterans this 4th of July
At Orion, honoring veterans is more than a tradition- it’s part of who we are. As a veteran-owned business, we know the sacrifices service members make, and we believe in giving back to those who’ve given so much. This Fourth of July, our team proudly partnered with A Safe Haven Foundation to sponsor and serve lunch at their annual BBQ for residents at their veteran housing program.
A Day of Service and Celebration
The afternoon was filled with food, connection, and appreciation as we gathered with veterans to celebrate the holiday. Beyond serving up plates, Orion also donated a brand-new grill, ensuring that cookouts and community gatherings can continue well beyond Independence Day.
A Safe Haven’s Impact
Our partnership with A Safe Haven Foundation is deeply meaningful because of the critical work they do every day. A Safe Haven supports veterans and their families by providing case management and supportive services, whether that means preventing the imminent loss of a home, identifying new housing options, or rapidly re-housing veterans experiencing homelessness. Their mission ensures that those who served our country are never left without support.
