I-39 at IL-38 Interchange Study

As part of a consultant team, Orion Engineers modeled existing and future traffic conditions to inform interchange improvements near Rochelle, Illinois. Using IDOT’s innovative Crash Analysis Tool, the engineering team also evaluated the crash history at the interchange, which had been influenced by new development and increased truck traffic.
