Director of Construction Engineering | Construction Management Expert

Bob is a licensed professional civil engineer with 35 years of experience in the heavy highway and infrastructure industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has primarily served state Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and municipal agencies in roles such as resident engineer and construction manager. His extensive background spans corporate and construction management, infrastructure planning, development, design, and construction surveying.

Bob joined Orion Engineers in May 2024, bringing his wealth of experience to further enhance the firm’s expertise in civil and construction engineering.

In addition to his engineering work, Bob is an adjunct instructor at Joliet Junior College, where he teaches a course in construction layout. He is also the creator and host of “The Construction Engineering Show Podcast” and operates a website dedicated to civil and construction engineering topics, sharing valuable insights and expertise with the engineering community.
