Lani Larson is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Orion Engineers, bringing extensive experience in staffing, employee development, and HR strategy. Since joining the firm in May 2023, Lani has been instrumental in enhancing HR practices, optimizing employee management processes, and supporting the company’s growth by aligning HR initiatives with Orion’s core values of excellence and collaboration.

Lani holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her career is marked by a passion for fostering strong organizational cultures and promoting employee development.

Outside of her professional role, Lani is an avid supporter of sports, having competed as a member of women’s rugby clubs in Chicago. She currently channels her love for rugby into coaching, leading the girls rugby team at Marist High School and the middle school rugby club with The Chicago Lions. Lani is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. She serves as an advisory board member of A Safe Haven Foundation, where she works to help veterans and others in need secure affordable housing and access to critical support services.

Lani’s leadership, dedication to her community, and commitment to enhancing the workplace make her a vital part of the Orion Engineers team.
